Darlington Urban center Hall has reopened to the public at a limited capacity. Hours of operation remain viii:30 a.chiliad. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  • Individuals may simply enter through the front door of City Hall, 400 Pearl St.
  • Individuals must article of clothing a mask.
